As identified in Swimming Canada’s Vision 2020 Strategic Plan, Swimming Canada seeks to offer its members a national education officials delivery system aimed at ensuring the congruent application of standards across the country and to attain a consistent high level of officiating. 

By September 1, 2012, Swimming Canada is committed to launching a bilingual Officials On-line education system to augment the traditional official education via classroom clinics. To this end, a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is available for the design, development and provision of a Moodle based, bilingual on-line officials’ education system.  Interested parties are directed to contact Swimming Canada’s Chief Operating Officer, Mark Hahto via email: mhahto@swimming.ca.
