We were relieved to see that there were no new restrictions for indoor (order 14) and outdoor (order 13) sport. The only additions to orders 13 and 14 are additional restrictions for spectators where it was allowed.
For clubs training in gyms, you should consider the new 3 meters rule which only applies to the gym.
(b) implements measures to ensure that members of the public are reasonably able to maintain a separation of at least three metres from other members of the public;
Changes to the Olympic and Paralympic Swimming Trials
Due to the COVID-19 situation in Ontario and other provinces, Swimming Canada is changing the Olympic & Paralympic Swimming Trials.
The Olympic Trials will now be held at TPASC June 19-23, replacing the previously scheduled Invitational Qualifier.

Janet McMahon, named new President and Chief Executive Officer of Sport Manitoba.
Congratulations to Janet on behalf of Swim Natation Manitoba! As acting CEO at Sport Manitoba, Janet has been very helpful and supportive to all the Manitoba sport organizations during these very challenging times. We are very pleased to hear she will now lead Sport Manitoba into the future.
Swim Natation Manitoba encourages all our members to sign up for their vaccination as soon as possible. The sooner we all are vaccinated the quicker we can get back to doing the things we like to do.
