Message from the staff

We are aware that everyone is going through difficult and challenging times and that everyone would like to return to their normal activities, get back to the swimming pool and see their training mates.

We are equally anxious to see all our members back training and competing as soon as possible. We are doing everything we can to make it all possible, and to prepare for a safe return.

Until that happens, we ask you to stay positive, take care of your family this holiday season, and most importantly, take care of yourself. Stay active at home, get some fresh air by taking a few walks or jogging. Occupy your mind with a book or activity that you enjoy, avoid reading all the negative comments here and there, but focus on keeping your mind in a positive and resilient state.

Hope to see you again soon on a pool deck!

Stay well,

Karen, Brian, and Pascal
