World Police and Fire Games – Call for Officials

WPFG Call for Officials

The 2023 World Police and Fire Games are coming to Winnipeg! This biennial event is the second-largest sporting event by participation worldwide and features police, firefighters, correction officers, and other first responders. With more than 60+ sports, the Games unite athletes from 50+ participating countries.

Two of the sports featured at the Games are swimming and open-water swimming. Volunteers and officials are the heart of any major sporting event, and we need your help, Manitoba! We are searching for volunteers and officials for either (or both!) of these events to help us welcome the world to Winnipeg! The Games take place July 28th - August 6th. Volunteer registration officially opens on February 14th. Additional information is on the volunteer page of our website.

Keep an eye on our website and social media (@wpfg2023winnipeg on Instagram and Facebook, @wpfg2023 on Twitter); we will update them as more information becomes available.
